REFUND GUARANTEE

These rules are intended to regulate the issues related to refunds or transfers of funds paid for educational courses. Payment confirms agreement with these rules.

Rules:

In case of full payment for the Course and the Customer's refusal to participate in the Course before the start date, if such a date has been set by the Provider, the refund will be issued in full.

Refunds are only applicable to educational courses. Refunds for other services are not provided.

A request for a refund for an educational course can only be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the student has not viewed any module. If any module has been accessed, a refund is not possible.

The valid reasons for a refund are:

Illness or health condition preventing the student from taking the course.

Force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, death of relatives, etc.)

Refunds for educational courses are processed within 14 business days after the refund request is approved.
